Hello ! I have visited several times . previously my application to change ownership and name was rejected. I did resubmit necessary documents and my status said it is initiated and it says wait for verification from Thromde . that means I am ok right ?thanks Response

Dear Sir/Madam, We 6 siblings are inherited with the land and buildings at Olakha. The land and the building is registered in the father's name. The inherited land to be registered in the name of 6 siblings and currently the original lagthram is with the bank. We want to transfer the land with buildings in the name of six siblings together with the loan. We dont know how to process kindly help us???
Hello sir, to process for the transaction the financial institution(where the property is mortgaged) issues a clearance letter stating that they don't have any objection with regard to the transfer of the property, subsequently the loan can be transferred in the name of the transferee la. Advice: please process for the clearance letter from the financial institution.
