However i have not received my lagthram and as per my enquiry its not yet in Gewog office as well.I have been trying to contact at head office via this no. 02-328450, since a month ago but no one is receiving the call.kindly update on my status and when can i receive my thram and from where.Thanking you.

When should i expect to receive my new thram, i have applied for flat transaction more than a month before. Please provide me the status other than the one reflected in esakor web login, here it says all got approved. should you advise me to follow up at land commission office. Thanks

Please could check the online tax payment system have some glitches. I have registered to the esakor portal almost a month back. I am preparing to pay land tax online. However, I could not pay the land tax until today because esakor page open just for a second and bounce back.
Dear sir,Online land tax payment is done using our BoLTS portal and not eSakor. Or we suggest you to call our toll free 1521 during office fir further clarification. Thank you!
