Hello and my greetings, I wish to establish land transaction services if I am eligible since I have related experience. I have worked in Gewog nearly 5 years and I can do without any problem. But the problem is I am 12 passed out. Can I avail the platform or can your kind self give me some guidance LA. Your kind support and help will be highly appreciated LA. I would like to transfer Lagthram from my father (late). The lagthram type is "Family". What are the documents required and procedures. Can't it be done online since it would take time to route through gewog-dzongkhag as we live away from gewog please.
Dear madam, any type of land transaction is now done through online system called eSakor. If you are transfering the land from deceased Thramowner, then you will have to furnish Internal Agreement and if that land is Family Ownership type then NOC from the family members above the age of 18 years. Rural land transaction. 1st step...reflects that the thram has already pending transaction. step 2 details not available. So cannot move to next step.The land was mortgaged with bank. Got Bank's no objection letter in transferring the land. Please advise.What are the documents that needed to be uploaded? Thanks
