Dear madam, in order to pay land tax online, you have to get yourself registered first. During the validation process, slightest mistake such as spelling error for your village and gewog will not be accepted. It should be inserted as it is in your census record. Thank you!

Hello Sir/madam,i have put up an inquiry on the land registration under transaction number 23180106 ealier on 6.7.2019 n it got rejected as there was a error, so i edited and sent it on 21.8.2019 ans was told that thromde will follow up on it la. So would like to know the status la. I have already submitted the courts verdict and enforcement letter for your reference la. please help me to expidite the registration la. thank u.

Dear Sir, You can track your transaction online. The duration required for each transaction is not same. It depends on the work required for the transaction. But NLCS follows a SOP where by in certain number of days, the transaction has to be approved. Thank you.
