I would like to transfer Lagthram from my father (late). The lagthram type is "Family". What are the documents required and procedures. Can't it be done online since it would take time to route through gewog-dzongkhag as we live away from gewog please.
Dear madam, any type of land transaction is now done through online system called eSakor. If you are transfering the land from deceased Thramowner, then you will have to furnish Internal Agreement and if that land is Family Ownership type then NOC from the family members above the age of 18 years.
