My land survey was done on 5th July 2019 at Dekiling under Sarpang Dzongkhag. The surveyor told me that he will forward the survey details after 2 weeks to the land commission in thimphu for making the Lagthram. However, till now i haven't received any notification. Since i am living in thimphu, It's easier for me to get the Lagthram from here itself rather then going to sarpang dzongkhag. My inquiry is, how long it will take to process the lagthram and when it gets ready, do kindly notifiy me la.My transaction no is - 151190024Thank you

My inquiry is regarding the discrepancy of land size between new lag thram and old thram after cadastral surveys. I hold a wetland measuring 23 dc in Paro Shaba vide thram number 1122, plot number Sha-2366 (new lag thram) and Sheet no. 4, plot number 35 and 36 (old lag thram). However, my new lag-thram I got have indicated only 18 dc while it is suppose to be 23 dc in accordance with my old lag thram. In this regards, I appealed to the Geog Administration and the Gup instructed me to contact the NLC headquarter for further clarification and necessary action. I would appreciate if you could kindly provide some information on the missing area in my lag thram and guide me with the procedure to appeal to the appropraite authorities. I was on the study leave for last four years and couldn't appeal until date.

Can I have the information on numbers of households, land holdings and total population under 205 gewogs? This is for update and verification of land holdings of the families against the information submitted by LG functionaries.

Sir/madam I tried to pay the land tax online but when i click Individual online payment it says there is no land in this login CID. So what could be the problem
Dear Madam, We checked in the system database and there is no land record in your name. If this is not the case, you may have not received lagthram after re-survey. Please contact Rural or Urban Land Division to check why there is no land in your name. Thank you.
