 Dear Sir/Madam,My mother had inherited 5 acres of land from her late father in the early 2000. However, at the moment she has got just 1 acre of land left in her name while the remaining 4 acres were given/sold to her distant relatives.With regard to above, can she without our (Children) approval/authorization give or sell the land inherited from her father? Was there no mechanism to prevent her from giving away or selling the land then without her children's consent? Some of the land that she transferred to her younger brother i believe was taken by unfair means with some promises. Therefore, i would like to seek for your advise on the issue above, do we, her children have a case to retrieve the land that she gave/sold without our consent?Kindly advise.Best regards

 I do not see details of my land holdings via eSakor. My land under thram 1415 (Jigmecholing Gewog) is not reflected under my name. I was however, able to see land holding under thram 1494 (Samteling Geog, Sarpang). Kindly advise.

 Dear sir, if your thram under Jigmecholingn geog is not reflected under e-sakor, then it means that there are some excess land and your new lagthram is not yet issued. That is the reason why it is not reflected in the esakor . Thank you!
