 I am not clear on what documents to submit for rural land transaction as inheritance. Do I have to submit all documents in Dzongkha.

 Dear sir, if you are applying land transaction as an inheritance you will have to draw internal agreement between transferer and transferee with two witness. And should be authenticated by the gup of concerned gewog where the land is situated. And NOC from transferee's family member if the said Thram is Family ownership. Only these two document is mandatory. Thank you!
