I had applied for rural land transaction on 23 april,2019.however when i checked the status it is updated but no sms till now...moreover how long it will take the certificate to be available to individual so that i can collect from from ur Headquarter la.....
Dear sir, normally it is required to keep 30 days in the Gewog and Dzongkhag from the day of your application is accepted. After completing that period your application will be forwarded to HQ. And it takes less than 10 days to complete the whole process. Thank you.

Dear sir and madam,Since my land is aquired by govt agency. I was asked to look for substitute land with in gewog. Finally I got one within the gewog but local authority says it is booked for setting up of hospital and at presently BHU GRADE 1 hospital is just one away from there. . Moreover land has been kept like that for more than 15 years and till now nothing has done. When asked about it with local authority. They says it is reserved. My question is that can local authority hold govt land for so many years without doing anything.
Dear sir, we would say that in the interest of general public even private land can be acquired by government. And if the concern land had been reserved for some purpose in the interest of the general public and that activity is genuinely going to materialize then we would suggest you to look from different location. To ascertain whether there is any development activity in plan for the said location that you are looking into we suggest you to check with Dzongkhag Administration. Thank you!

Dear sir, for your kind information, now the land transaction is applied through online. To process land transaction please use eSakor portal. There is no such form as had been practised initially. For you to change the land ownership from Joint Ownership to Individual ownership you will have to draw an internal agreement between you and co-owner stating that land is now transfering solely in your name.
