Madam/Sir,I tried to enter the thram no and area of the land under transaction details and added some remarks in the remarks box. However, it failed to be added despite several attempts. What could have gone wrong?

Dear Madam, Have you added the transferor details? Please send the application number to see what the exact issue is. If you have added the transferor, as soon as you select the transferor thram while adding transaction details, the plots under the thram should be shown to you. Thank You.

Sir, I need to change my CID number in my Lag Thram/land Registration. The plot I bought has been registered against my old CID number. After I got Royal kasho, my CID number is changed and I have a new CID.I tried submitting application online (Apply New Transaction) but after I select Sarpang as Dzongkhag, Village/Throm does not populate any list. What should I do? Please advice. Thanks and regards

Dear Madam, Sarpang Throm thram is not yet issued and if your land is in Rural area, you have to process from Gewog office. Thank You.

I think supporting documents should be allowed to be given manually i.e. in hard copy as in any case the original documents I believe have to be shown to the Thromde. This is a practice that Department of Revnue and Customs also has for the PIT Ramis. Make things much easier for the users. Not many have the skill nor the access to scan documents according to the online requirements. Thanks

Dear Madam, Thank you for your suggestion. But we as a system user or administrator, we cannot decide on this. We will put to our decision makers and make the changes la. Thank You.
