We have land in Tsangchuthama, Phuntshothang, under Sandrup Choiling Dungkhag. The Land is registered in the name of Mrs. Karma, Thram No. 1221 Plot No. PHT-2529 Type Family ownership. We wanted to change the ownership to Joint ownership between Mrs. Karma, Kinzang Wangdi and Lobzang Jamtsho under the same thram no. We found out that Phuntshothang gewog office has forwarded the files to Samdrup Choiling Dungkhag Office. We inquired concern official at Dungkhag Office and they have acknowledge the receipt of our document in complete form. It has been over years that our transaction is not enter into the system. We followed up several times, the concern Officials inform us that he has forwarded the case to Samdrup Jongkhar Office. But even today, the transaction has not happen. Please advise how and whom to followup in such cases.

Dear Sir, If your transaction application is rejected please login and view the transaction details. Towards the end of the transaction application details there is a link to attach additional documents. You can click the link and upload addition documents/files. Thank You

Sir regarding the transaction id: 14180048, i didnt know how to delete it as i have submitted trnasaction id : 14180066 regaring the plot segregation. So can you kindly delete it transaction no. 14180048 la.
