For clarity, if following could be incorporated on esakor:1. Give procedures for UL & RL transactions (steps to be completed - what to do, where, how, etc.)2. List the documents required for different condition/situation3. Date selection menu is not user-friendly if we have to select old dates - say 1960s, if there is a shortcut to it, please explain/give tip/sThank You.
Dear Sir, All the step including the background is there in Guides at https://esakor.nlcs.gov.bt/portal/public/app/guide. For selecting dates Click the top row when the calendar is displayed for selecting year and month (Eg: April 2017 then 2017). Thank you.

Dear sir, you will have to check the status of your transaction. Once it shows that your transaction is accepted you will have to visit your Dzongkhag and submit original documents which you have uploaded. And sam e will be notified through sms to you. Thank you!

Dear sir, the CID you provided is transferee and not transferer's. Therefore, kindly provide the CID number of transferer's so that we will be able to track the transaction and its ID. Thank you!

Hello la, I am from Sarpang Tar under Shompangkha Gewog, Sarpang Dzongkhag. I would like to change the ownership from my mother's name to my name as she expired in Oct 2016 which is mandatory as per law. However, I have not received the original Lagthram as of date without which it may not be processed. In this case can I approach the concerned authority in the head quarter in person? Dear sir, we advice you to visit your concerned Dzongkhag and they will provide necessary forms which should be duly filled up and internal agreement should be drawn between siblings. After that you will have to submit it to the concern Dzongkhag. Thank you!
