Sir/MadamI have bought Land last year at zomlithang under Gelephu dungkhag in the Year 2018 and done all the Transaction like survey and all related work.The seller got the lagtharm deducting the land from them but i didn't receive the Lagrharm.I visited Geog office and dungkhag office several time but still i didn't got the lagtharm.I called several time to NLC and telling that they have sent tosarpang dzongkhag but yet i didn't got la.Therefore i would like to request concern officials to look into matter and solve the issue la.my Land transaction id:140180003.Thanks

Can an individual register and create an account in eSakor portal or is it available only for those trained graduates.

Sir/Madam, My father Arjun Biswa with ID card No 11216002472 from Tendoo Gewog bought a 10 decimal of land from Tendoo and Thram transfers are awaited. When is the new lag thram going to be issued for Tendoo Gewog transactions.Regards
Dear Sir, Normally if the transaction involves surveying works, it takes some time. In any case we have systems which our officials uses to do land transaction and also check who collected the lagthram. If the transaction is not yet approved, please be patient. We are also doing our best. Thank you.

Dear Concern,I would like to know if you have any plans on the development where individuals can have pre-access to the land details especially when someone is buying land from another. Suppose if the land is already mortgaged with any financial institutions, already sold or any related matters with the particular land details.
