I would appreciate if you could guide me as to how I could attach additional attachments if i failed to submit it during the submission of the application. Does it have to be rejected by the administrator or we could do from our end. If so, how could we do it? Thank you.
Dear Pema, If you have already submitted your transaction application you cannot upload additional documents. However if the transaction is returned to you from Thromde, you can upload. Please check your transaction status from here. if it is accepted you may need to visit to Thromde. Thank You.

I want to do the land fragmentation for tharm no 329 holding plot no LJ1-109 and LJI-247. This two plot has two plots each and i want to fragment into four plots but i could find the registration place when i go to citizen.clcs.gov.bt web. so direct me to submit the details.

Dear Sir/Madam, We 6 siblings are inherited with the land and buildings at Olakha. The land and the building is registered in the father's name. The inherited land to be registered in the name of 6 siblings and currently the original lagthram is with the bank. We want to transfer the land with buildings in the name of six siblings together with the loan. We dont know how to process kindly help us???
Hello sir, to process for the transaction the financial institution(where the property is mortgaged) issues a clearance letter stating that they don't have any objection with regard to the transfer of the property, subsequently the loan can be transferred in the name of the transferee la. Advice: please process for the clearance letter from the financial institution.
