How do we edit or update the land transactions
Dear Madam, after logging into the system, click 'view transaction list' and list of transaction you already registered will be displayed. To edit the transaction type and location, click edit button and edit. If you want to edit other details, click the eye icon and edit other details. However, you won't be able to edit the transaction details if you have already submitted. Thank you.

How to track land conversion processes
Dear Sir, If you have applied any transaction through the system (both urban and rural) you can track here https://esakor.nlcs.gov.bt/portal/public/app/tracktransaction. But if you have applied in hard copies, please follow up with the concerned Dzongkhag or Division. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,Some of the Gewogs land tax payment through BOLTS is not activated and advised to contact system administrator. How long it will take to pay online for such other gewogs which are yet to make it pay online.
