 Dear Madam, We tried to call you but it seems that you have given an invalid number. Anyway, if your transaction status says Map Verified then you need to wait till it says approved. Once approved you will be notified in the system on paying taxes and collecting lagthram. Thank you.

 Dear Sir, Have you registered in the system? First you have to register in this system and once you login you can apply transaction application, fill up all forms (Eg: who is transferor and who is transferee) and attach all supporting documents which will be listed by the system according to your transaction type. Once all the formalities are completed you can submit the transaction application. Anything happening on your transaction application will be notified to you in this system. Thank You.
