How to pay Land Tax through BOLTS? In BOLTs, there is no record of Land Details against my CID number (under Individual Payment Tab/Menu) whereas in the eSakor Portal there is a record of my Land Details. Its confusing.
Dear Sir, We checked the land detail against your CID and your land is located in Gelephu Thromde. Please note that Class A Thromdes are not using BOLTs for land tax payment. They didn't agree to use BOLTs since they already have something called RMS in Class A Thromdes. Thank you.

RLT bearing ID no. 056190002 was submitted on 19 March 2019. The status of my application still keeps showing "Submitted" with no acceptance or rejection.

Dear Sir/Madam,With your kind assistance I got myself registered. Then I tried to pay my land taxes online using my BOB account but as per RMA ePayment Gateway I have been asked to enter OTP which has been sent to my B Mobile number. But I am presently in Africa on UN mission hence my mobile is not accessible. Please help.Best regards
Dear Sir, Unfortunately the Banks in Bhutan sends OTP to the mobile number registered against you Bank Account number (i.e. Bhutan Mobile Number) and it is not in control of NLCS. But we would like to take note of this and see if we can request banks to send OTP to the email id registered against the Bank Account Number. Thank you.

I could not create account in e sakhor using my personal email thimphu123@gmail.com, which says it is in use and contact system administrator. Kindly let me know why it is so.
