i have submitted the transaction of flat sold located at taba ,i have been asked to keep on login this page frequently for all updates/information.now three months back the notification remains unchanged. all documents verified
Please track you transaction status from the portal and if it is still in Thromde you may follow-up with the Thromde Land Section. We cannot give a specific answer since you haven't mentioned anything about transaction application number. All the contact details are available in the portal.

I submitted one application about 2 weeks ago regarding ownership transfer. I am checking on the status of my application may be for about 8 to 9 time now. And looks like no one has even looked at it. Is this system operational in the first place? just trying to confirm!!!

Sir, I tried registering myself for land transaction. I provided all the required information and clicked Register button. The system took me to a log in page. I did not receive any password not the sms. I tried registering again, the system says the CID number is already in use. So, what should I do? Somebody, pl, advise.RegardsChador

As I had been registered my 4th son birth registration at decheling geog passed 2years back and still i didnt get the registration certificate from the Geog as i had been also inquired at pemagatshel Dzongkhag too and so do let me know from the reliable sourses please.
