Do i have to submit detail of the land? If yes, where should i need to write?
Dear Sir, Yes you have to submit your land details. First you have to enter thram number in the Transferor and Transferee section. Next you have to submit transaction details where you have to select the thram you have already enter and the plots under the thram will be fetched automatically. Then you can check the plot which you want to do transaction, enter the area and use remarks to convey what you are trying to do. Thank You.

I have flat transaction of Phuentsholing Thromdey and have following queries to offer.1.When I selected Chukha Dzongkhag, in English is Chukha but in Dzongkha it is shown as Bumthang.I tried to contact Thimphu Thromdey fixed number, but no response.

Sir,In the column of Transferor, Transferee and other information provided by you, i have correctly entered everything.Transferor is Mrs Sonam Yangki( the owner)Transferee is Mr Wangchen( the recipient) As per my understanding, Transferor means one who is transferring the ownership to others and transferee means one to whom a property interest is conveyed. Please do the needful as soon as possible as it is taking months and months and in fact it is construed to be a harassment.
