Dear Sir, If you have genuinely lost your lagthram, you can put an application to Dzongkhag Land office or your Gewog office for replacement. Thank you.

Dear sir/madam, if you have not received you new lagthram, please put up an application to your gewog office, which will be forwarded to Dzongkhag. They will verify and if find out your lagthram had been been issued from the Headquarter, the Dzongkhag will forward to HQ. The HQ will prepare and send it to the Dzongkhag.Thank you

The land record officer has forwarded me the land transaction no but when I try to track the status of the same,it says it doesn't exist.Please help me to understand what the problem is.
