sir/madam,We have completed land survey on 10.05.2019 so when will be lagthram get ready la.
Dear madam, if we are correct you have entered into land transaction and survey had been carried out. As per the provision of Land Act 2007, your transaction has to be with the local government for 30 days. Only will they forward to the HQ after completing 30 days. And in HQ it will at least take 7-10 working days to completed all the procedure. Thank you!

1. I have applied for few correction in my lagthram no 1060 under Shongphu Gewog Trashigang Dzongkha since year 2017 and I am still waiting for my lagthram. Please help me to acquire my lagthram.2. My wife Dechen Wangmo bearing CID no.11513000845, DoB: 1976-01-01 have land at Tsirang under Tsholingkhar Gewog Thram no. 969. She is also waiting for her Lagthram.Please help us
Dear sir, with regard to correction of your Lagthram, we advise you to contact your concern dzongkhag's LRO and in the meantime we will also check in the HQ and will expedite the process. ANd with regard to your wife's Thram in Tsirang, the new laghtram of Tsirang Dzongkhag is yet to be issued. Thank you!

Sir/Madam, I want to inquire the land tax status of thram no#721 under Phongmey Geog,Trashigang of late Mr. Dorji holding CID#11509000105 la...I am his daughter and my father passed in 2012. So i came to know recently that he have got land in his name. Since it has been almost seven years,i want to know whether tax is up to date or not for doing transaction la...Your kind help will be appreciated la..Thanking You
Dear madam,We advise you to contact your local government or gewog office regarding the tax not paid since 2012. The NLCS only facilitate the development of online payment system called BoLTS. The concerned local government are the sole authority regarding the land tax regulation. Thank you!

Dear sir/madam, you can check the status of your land transaction through our website. Under the e-service there is service called eSakor Portal. There you will find service called 'Track Your Transaction'. You will have to submit your transaction ID in it and it will show the status of your transaction. Thank you!
