To change the type of ownership from family land to individual ownership (in Urban Area/Thromde), what are the required documents to be upload or submitted to Land Commission?
Dear sir,To change the ownership type from 'Family Land' to 'Individual Land', you have to get NOC from all your family under the same census stating that they do not have any objection changing the ownership type to 'Individual Land' and an application requesting to change the ownership from family land to individual along with your original Lagthram. and then submit to your concern Dzongkhag LRO.

Dear Sir, After accepting your transaction, 30 days observation period is required by law. After that it might take one-two weeks before you get the Lagthram. Thank you.

Request for a new Lag Thram copy on behalf of my Mother, CID No: 11106003871 for Thram No : 359 under Nganglam Drungkhag, Pema Gathsel. The existing Lag Thram is not maintained in proper condition.

I have submitted the land transfer documents through your online system, but it always get rejected and i never recieved any personal message unless i check online, that too i don't get any information why its rejected.
Dear Madam, If your transaction is returned to you, you have to check the activity log. Have you read the guides we prepared. Its all explained clearly there. Anyway check the transaction log/activity log to check why your transaction is returned to you. Thank you.
