Inquiry: How do i view the details to attach other documents? In other word How do I attach the necessary documents?

Dear Sir, Log into the portal. Click view your transaction. Then click the eye icon toward the right side of the transaction listed. Go to the bottom of the transaction application details and click the attach files link. Thank You.
