Inquiry: Respected sir/Mam,I am Phuntsho from Paro Dzongkhag. I have purchased 17 decimal of Wet land from Bondey bearing Thram # 101 (Ani Chuszhing) name of land since 2011. Till date, I couldn't do anything in that land since i don't have new Lagthram issued to owner. The owner said, if new lagthram arrives then everything shall be solved as and when they receive new Lagthram. My worry is that, we have simple agreement signed with legal system but life is uncertain, therefore, if something happen before, then i may lose huge money which was paid already la. So please share some ideas on my issue ASAP please.
