Sir, I have enquired this under System related. Since i did not get the response, i thought I may have enquired under wrong category. Therefore, I am posting this under Thram related category. Please bear with me since its very important for me.So here I go:As per Land Act and Rules therein, the land registered in the name of Gyalrab Dratshang cannot be transacted but such land can be mortgaged. In this regard, I would like to know whether the Ownership to the land in the name of Gyalrab Dratshang can be transferred to another person or entity in case such land has been mortgaged and the land has to be sold to another person or entity due to default in repayment of loan.
Dear sir, As per the section 136 of the Land Act 2007, it does not permits any party or individual to enter into any type of transaction if the land is registered under Government institution and Gerab Dratshang. Thank you
