Inquiry: Dear Sir/Madam,I am Chen Dorji from RBA and presently on UN mission in Central African Republic. I tried to register so as to facilitate online land tax payment. But I have not been able to register. I provided all details as required by the system but there is one column where I am asked to enter last 4 digits of my father. My father expired long ago and hence I entered as 'Late' and perhaps due to it I have been denied registration. Please helpBest regards
