Inquiry: Sir, i have purchase land at Gelephu, Throm Lap 2, Samdrupling. i have constructed small house. i have lagtharm also. Now i have login to esakor, Rural and i can view my land at Samtse, Sipsu, Belboteng but not gelephu land. My Question is...1.Do i have to register again in esakor urban to view my land detail or is there any other option.2. Dear Sir, You don't have to register. We can see your land details in Urban System. If the CID used in registering in the system is yours, it should display. We will also look if there are any issues. To pay your land tax online visit https://bolts.nlcs.gov.bt. For the tax period before 2019, you have to check with your respective local government office. The online tax payment is introduced only in 2019 and it will take care only from 2019. Thank you.
