Inquiry: I would like to know what are the forms required for Rural Land Transaction. I am seeking this information as i was told that we do not need to submit the previous land transaction forms. However there has been no information on this. SO i would like to request your office to guide me to the required documents.Thank you

Dear sir,Unlike previous land transaction you will not have to fill up any forms. Only document you will have to furnish is internal agreement/sale deed and NOC if the ownership type of the Thram is Family land. Thank you
