Inquiry: Hello la, I am from Sarpang Tar under Shompangkha Gewog, Sarpang Dzongkhag. I would like to change the ownership from my mother's name to my name as she expired in Oct 2016 which is mandatory as per law. However, I have not received the original Lagthram as of date without which it may not be processed. In this case can I approach the concerned authority in the head quarter in person? Dear sir, we advice you to visit your concerned Dzongkhag and they will provide necessary forms which should be duly filled up and internal agreement should be drawn between siblings. After that you will have to submit it to the concern Dzongkhag. Thank you!
