Inquiry: Sir/Madam, I have transacted our deal from Gelephu Thromde with support from thromde LRO. My land transaction ID is 21190245. So far I didn't get land details including Lagthram. How can I know land details so that I can collect my lagthram either from Gelephu thromde or Land Commission, Thimphu. Pl highlight on this issue la. Than you! Dear Sir, The transaction is not approved yet. You can track the transaction from https://esakor.nlcs.gov.bt home page. Select Urban Land Transaction, enter transaction number and click Track Transaction Status button. Thank you.
