Inquiry: I am trying to change ownership type from Individual Person to "Joint Owners". While filling up the online form, I get a error message, Thram number '5569' does not exist in Database. This worries me a bit. The above Thram is under Thimphu Thromde at Dechencholing village. Kindly advise me how to proceed further...
