19060032 (Land Transaction Related) Responded
Sir/Madam, Kindly give us an information reading no objection for family land for sale /purchase. For instance, 3 Member in a census but 1 member is going to transfer his census to another( court documents is there) so, would it be enough for the no objection letter for 2 member and 1 left out member(court documents) to go for further transaction process. If ownership type is joint-ownership, is it necessary to mentioned both names in an sale deed or any alternative document needed to support for joint ownership, if only 1 party name has been mentioned in a sale deed?Thank you
Dear Sir, During the time of your transaction application, if there are only two members in the family, yes it will work. But when officials process your transaction application and if there are three family members in your census but if there is NOC from only two members, it might get delayed. For the transaction involving joint owners, yes you need to mention all the joint owners and sign. Thank you.
