Inquiry: I had purchased a plot under Darla Gewog, Chukha Dzongkhag in 2006 with my saving and it has been registered as family plot which is wrong as i have purchased with own saving without any assistance from my family members. I want to change to ownership to individual or in my name and what are the easy steep to change. please let me know it

Dear Sir, Please apply transaction 'Ownership Type Change' with sub transaction type 'From Family Land to Individual'. You need to get NOC from all the family members in your census who are above 18 years. Thank you.
