Inquiry: Sir,In the column of Transferor, Transferee and other information provided by you, i have correctly entered everything.Transferor is Mrs Sonam Yangki( the owner)Transferee is Mr Wangchen( the recipient) As per my understanding, Transferor means one who is transferring the ownership to others and transferee means one to whom a property interest is conveyed. Please do the needful as soon as possible as it is taking months and months and in fact it is construed to be a harassment.
