Inquiry: Dear sir/madam,i have been trying to apply for a transaction for the change of ownership from my aunt to me but in the transaction detail column the thram no that i enter is not accepted saying that "no match has been found".i have entered the thram nos that is there in the lagthram. since my thram number is not being accepted i cannot proceed with the transaction so i would be grateful if sir /madam could give me the solution for this problem.My transaction number is 14170675.thank you
