Inquiry: are we able to create new transaction on same CID once the previous transaction is aborted ..........?

Dear Sir, You can only create one account with a CID. But you can apply any number of transaction on a CID if the CID holder is not transferor. if the CID of a thram holder is entered as transaction party you cannot enter the details in another transaction application until you abort that transaction.
