As per the provision of Land Rules and Regulation 2007 of the Kingdom of Bhutan, it is not permissible to convert the purchased wet land into khimsa. Only had it been inherited and only share of land you possess then it can be allowed for conversion. Thank you

Dear sir, we may be able to help you if you could provide us the detail of Gewog, Dzongkhag and Thram number of transferer. I doubt that the CID number that you provided is of transferee's and with that we cannot track the transaction ID. Thank you.
