Sir, I have around 4 acars of land at lhuntse, metsho gewog, which is under my mothers younger sisters therm and before the death of my mother we have equally divided the land among three sisters and made agreement and signed, now i would like to transfer the therm in my name, because iam the only son left in the house hold, though i have one nephew with me. So now i dont know what to do in a simple way. Therefore, I would like to request any concern person to kindly instruct me step wise la. Thanking you.

Sir,Let's say, I have 5 acres of land under one tharm, and I have availed loan from the bank on 3 acres of land, hence I do not have the original tharm with me. Now, I want to transfer 15 decimal land from the same tharm to another receiver.Thus, what are the complications involved in transferring the thram for this 15 decimal land? if it is allowed what are the procedures?
Dear Sir, You can approach bank and get a clearance letter with original thram to do the transaction. But once the transaction is completed, you have to give the lagthram back to bank. Thank you.

Sir, A women has dry land at Thimphu but she dosent have her census there. Her parents RESETTALMENT is at Tsirang and she has been given her share of land in wet land area. Her census is here at Tsirang and planning to built Temporary house. So is she eligible to build houses at wet land ? Please clarify....
Dear sir, as per the land Act 2007 it is not permissible to construct house (permanent/temporary) on the wet land.
