Sir/Madam,This is in continution to my earlier inquiry No 19060010,wherein I have been advised to contact Dzongkhag concern official for the land transcation case relating to lagtharm. Accordingly, I have contacted the LRO sir of the Samdrupjongkhar Dzongkhag and made to learn that they have server system failure, against which, the corrected land survey report submitted by concern field Survey officer could not be submitted to nlcs,HQ. The field survey official had submitted the corrected land survey report on20/05/2019,however,due to continious system failure for the last 2 months, the corrected survey case is not being able to reach nlcs HQ for further necessary action and this has adversly impacted the individuals at ground level.Therefore, I would appeal the concern official to kindly look into the system failure problem and get resolved the matter please.
