Dear Sir, The grievances are bring replied from NLCS HQ office. The reason for no response from the concerned officials of Dzongkhag and Thromde is not known to us also. Dear sir,i would like to inquire about the land transfer from thram no. 204 of Am Kencho mo from Ngyachegyelkha, Rubesa Geog, Wangdue dzongkhag to Am Tauchu Mo. The application had been submitted few months ago directly to dzonghkhag after being told that it didn't have to be passed through geog office. But now after inquiring from the toll free number i have come to know that it is still in geog office. May i please request to kindly advise me on how to go about, what is the progress and the procedures that needs to be followed.

My new lagtharm for land at Jalikhar, Chhoekhor Bumthang is not issued. Can i still process for ownership transfer if i sell the land.
