the transaction id 010190031 for the purpose of changing ownership from my late father jou tshering to his wife namgay was still pending when i check land commission today. the works are completely done in gewog, it was accepted and fowarded to dzongkhag with all the required documents. kindly tell me when will i get land ownership certificate registered in my mother name altered from late father?

sir/madam,i along with my neighbor have submitted a petition to Dasho Dzongda, Dzongkhag administration Punakha in regard to encroachment of state land through excavation and construction of fencing by our neighbor, which has adversely affected our land. the application was marked to the land record to be investigated but it's been more than a month where there is no action taken by the concern agency. therefore, we are left with no option than to write an inquiry seeking guidance on further steps from the commission.
