The land was purchased in 2017 and accordingly processed for registration and issuance of lag tharm. However,until date the lag tharm has not been received. Further upon inquiry to concern field official at Samdrupjongkhar, they say it is in Survey office, nlcs. Therefore, I would like to request your good office to kindly look into the matter and get resolved the problem at the earliest, for which act of kindness I would ever remain grateful to you la.

Dear Sir, The transaction is not returned to you. The transaction is returned to Registrar (Land Record Assistant) from Dzongkhag Verifier (Dzongkhag Land Registrar) since there is no LT Form 2. They will process and the applicant do not need to do anything. Thank you

The status of transaction pertaining to inheritance has been kept pending in NLCS since April 25,2019 whereas public individuals at villages are awaiting for delivery of service. It’s not sure who is supposed to look after.
