Sale purchase transaction I'd 14090013 under sarpang Dzongkhag was approved by Nlcs on june 5.So when will orginal lagthram will be ready and where to collect la.
Dear madam, I would like to request you to check your transaction ID once because the one you gave me does not reflect any transaction in our system. If it had been approved on 5th june then you may collect it from HQ. Or later than a week, it will be send to Dzongkhag. Thank you

Sir/Madam,I have bought 20 decimal wet land at Pasakha, Pling. Since I do not have any dryland registered in my name and I want to convert few decimals for khim-sa. Can I convert into dry land. If yes, what is the permissable decimal.Thank you...
As per the provision of Land Rules and Regulation 2007 of the Kingdom of Bhutan, it is not permissible to convert the purchased wet land into khimsa. Only had it been inherited and only share of land you possess then it can be allowed for conversion. Thank you
