sir/Madm,Kindly advice me regarding land transaction related inquiry .1. How many days, month and years require to process and print Lagthram after completion of transaction.2. How to tract whether Thram has been printed or not.
Dear sir, As per our TAT to complete one life cycle of land transaction is 30 days in the Gewog and Dzongkhag and then at the most 1-2 weeks in the HQ. However, more often than not, in most cases this cannot go as we plan because there are so many unavoidable circumstances that adversely affect the process to complete the transaction in the stipulated time-frame. And, as of now, there is no system to track if the Lagthram had been printed. Thank you

dear sir/madamthis is in connection to land transaction no. 23180106 plot no. 164 thram no. 377 and as per verdict 15 decimal was supposed to have transfered on my name from lobzang phuntsho. However there was an error in the total land transferred, so i have edited and resubmitted on29th july 2019. Its not accepted yet so would like to know what i should do further la.Thank u la
