 Respected Sir/ Madam,on 24th Apr. 2015 i rinchen Lhadar bearing ID no 12004004004 has attended land Aution of RICBL and won the Auction of land Bearing thram No GEL-938 of Gelephu and deposited Nu. 585000/- to RICBL on the same date, but even Know i could not get the thram, Actually i have won the Auction at 430000/- and signed by all the Auction committee member but while i went for payment in the RICBL legal officer office, the land owner has disagreed to give the land and the legal officer told me that the land owner has the right therefore in the presence of legal officer we made the negotiation and paid the above said amount to RICBL and the legal officer has over written 585000/- 0n the Auction document. Actually the land owner has already surrendered the land to RICBL before Auction. therefore,i have called legal officer for several times but he kept on telling that he will look into but nothing has happened so, i am left with only option to inform the matter to your organization, in this regard if your management can kindly look into the case, i would be grateful to your Management.looking forward for your kind assistance.thanking youRinchen LhadarCont.
