How to track land conversion processes
Dear Sir, If you have applied any transaction through the system (both urban and rural) you can track here https://esakor.nlcs.gov.bt/portal/public/app/tracktransaction. But if you have applied in hard copies, please follow up with the concerned Dzongkhag or Division. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,Some of the Gewogs land tax payment through BOLTS is not activated and advised to contact system administrator. How long it will take to pay online for such other gewogs which are yet to make it pay online.

Dear Sir/Madam, my actual name in CID card and census record is " Purna Bdr. Subba". I would like to request your good office to kindly change my existing name ( Purna Bdr.Limbu) in my lagthram in to the above mentioned name ( Purna Bdr.Subba).Thank you.
Dear Sir, We cannot change the details of thram holders directly without any document. Please approach Dzongkhag Land and Survey Sector or NLCS head quarter office with application and your original thram. Thank you.

what if the transferee does not have a thram number , could not proceed since it is mandatory in one of the fields
Dear Madam, The thram number field for transferee is not mandatory and if the transferee has no thram, it you can leave empty. Thank you.
