I currently have 2 plots (one in Simo and the other in Sisina) mentioned in the same lagthram. As i am processing a loan for my plot in Simo for construction, i need to surrender the lagthram. As the loan is being taken on Simo plot but i want to retain the lagthram for my sisina plot as i am not processing any loan on it. I need to seperate the lagthrams for the 2 plots. How should i register this request in e-Sakor. Looking forward to your guidance. Thank you

i am from Putsena village, Gakiling Gewog under Haa Dzongkhag. I have applied for thram transfer since two months back. when enquired the gup, he said that he had sent to Haa Dzongkhag for approval.Sir/madam, I would like to request Sir/madam to kindly inform me about the approval or status laa.

Sir, the team from NLC arrived at our gewog centre for rural land transaction recently. So I have submitted all my paper documents for rural land transaction through them. Therfore, can i cancel the process which I have started through this online? Thank you

Sir, I have enquired this under System related. Since i did not get the response, i thought I may have enquired under wrong category. Therefore, I am posting this under Thram related category. Please bear with me since its very important for me.So here I go:As per Land Act and Rules therein, the land registered in the name of Gyalrab Dratshang cannot be transacted but such land can be mortgaged. In this regard, I would like to know whether the Ownership to the land in the name of Gyalrab Dratshang can be transferred to another person or entity in case such land has been mortgaged and the land has to be sold to another person or entity due to default in repayment of loan.
Dear sir, As per the section 136 of the Land Act 2007, it does not permits any party or individual to enter into any type of transaction if the land is registered under Government institution and Gerab Dratshang. Thank you
