The land record officer has forwarded me the land transaction no but when I try to track the status of the same,it says it doesn't exist.Please help me to understand what the problem is.

Our family kidu land located at wangchu , bjabcho under chukha dzongkhag is registered in the name of our late mother tashi peki..... and its been more then one year, now my main concern is ....in order to transfer the lagthram from late mother's name to her daughter Miss khandu wangmo; what are the requisite documents la...... your guidelines would immensely benefit in smooth processing. Hoping to receive promptly response.
Dear sir, thank you contacting us. In order to transfer the land from deceased to daughter's name you will have to draw internal agreement and no objection letter from rest of the siblings. And visit our website and go to eSakor portal. There you will have to register yourself and follow the instruction for carrying out the transaction.

Respected Sir/ Madam,on 24th Apr. 2015 i rinchen Lhadar bearing ID no 12004004004 has attended land Aution of RICBL and won the Auction of land Bearing thram No GEL-938 of Gelephu and deposited Nu. 585000/- to RICBL on the same date, but even Know i could not get the thram, Actually i have won the Auction at 430000/- and signed by all the Auction committee member but while i went for payment in the RICBL legal officer office, the land owner has disagreed to give the land and the legal officer told me that the land owner has the right therefore in the presence of legal officer we made the negotiation and paid the above said amount to RICBL and the legal officer has over written 585000/- 0n the Auction document. Actually the land owner has already surrendered the land to RICBL before Auction. therefore,i have called legal officer for several times but he kept on telling that he will look into but nothing has happened so, i am left with only option to inform the matter to your organization, in this regard if your management can kindly look into the case, i would be grateful to your Management.looking forward for your kind assistance.thanking youRinchen LhadarCont. Dear sir, with regard to your case the Secretariat would like to inform you that since it is the business transaction happened between financial institution and landowner the Secretariat cannot do anything. I would like to know when NLC would issue new thram to me for our family land. First cad-astral survey measured excess of 25 acres and a re-survey to adjust and make the total land holding to 25 acres was done many years ago. Looks like still there is issue of excess land as NLC has not issued new thram to us? Please let us know who is responsible now to adjust the land area and issue new thram to us. thanks
Dear sir, there are only three Dzongkhags that are yet to receive their new lagthram(Tsirang, Sarpang and Paro). If your land is under one of these Dzongkhags then the Secretariat is doing everything to issue the new lathram as soon as possible. However, if your land does not fall under these three Dzongkhags then there might be issue of exceeding the land ceiling of 25 acres. Therefore, we advise you to put up an application to your concerned Dzongkhag Land Sector to resolve the matter at the earliest.Thanking you

Sir/Madam,My CID#11307001184 from kwapani, gakidling sarpang. It was family land shared among all the siblings and all got their individual tharm except me. Therefore kindly looks into this and let me know the status of my tharm as soon as possible.I already inquired at dzongkhag level but it is not there too.
Dear sir/madam, if you have not received your new lagthram then we believe that you have some excess land. We have only issued lagthram to those landowners who do not have any excess land. To get the correct information we advise you to dial 1521 during office hour so that you will get more precise information as to why you have not received your lagthram.Thank you!
