Is it possible that we can apply for new lagthram and we can print by ourself la? And is there any training from national land commission for the rural esakor? Thank you.
Dear Sir/Madam, You can only apply land transaction and you cannot print lagthram yourself. NLCS will not be providing any training to the general citizens. However, NLCS has prepared guide: https://esakor.nlcs.gov.bt/portal/public/app/guide. Thank you.

My first registration was unsuccessful. I tried again and again. Auto comments such as "This CID number is already in use. Please contact System Admin" , "This email ID is already in use. Please contact System Admin".... Can it be possible to clear out my previous attempts and provide new registration page?

I have completed the transaction application for Inheritance (Transaction Type) under Rural Land Transaction in eSakor Portal. I have also received SMS from NLCS stating that please come to gewog office with original documents for verification. So, what are the original documents to be submitted for verification in gewog office? Is it about these two documents viz; Family Internal Agreement and Family No Objection Form that I have to submit to the Gewog office for verification ?
