Do we have right on Kasho area to use la(reflected as kasho in thram)? due to politic some of my villager and LG were not considering thous kasho area to thram holder. in such case from where i have to clarify because while i approach to NLCS they haven't say any thing due to relatives of LG member and NLCS urban chief. i saw their relatives also holding kasho area. so where i have to approch now la, NLCS or Gyelpoi Zimpon la?

In Bhutan Online Land Tax Payment System (BOLTs), there is no record of Land Details against my CID number (under Individual Payment Tab/Menu) whereas in the eSakor Portal there is a record of my Land Details. So, how do I pay Land Tax through BOLTS?
